Foxconn reported August 2026 consolidated sales of NT$921.77 billion (US$29.14 billion), a 51.98% jump from a year earlier. That makes it the company's strongest August on record and its second-highest monthly total ever, trailing only July's NT$946.51 billion.
A record month, just short of July
August's haul came in just shy of the all-time monthly peak set a month earlier. July 2026 brought in NT$946.51 billion, the highest monthly sales figure in Foxconn's history at the time. The back-to-back months underscore a surge in demand that has pushed the company's first eight months of 2026 to NT$6.51 trillion, up 39.73% from the same period last year.
For the second quarter, revenue reached NT$2.53 trillion, a 41% year-over-year increase. The growth is broad, but one division is doing the heavy lifting.
AI servers fuel the cloud and networking division
Foxconn's cloud and networking division recorded significant year-on-year revenue growth, driven by what the company describes as sustained AI-server-rack volume growth. That momentum, Foxconn said, comes from continued capital-expenditure expansion among cloud-service providers. In plain terms: the big cloud companies are still spending heavily on AI infrastructure, and Foxconn is building the racks.
The company didn't break out exact figures for the division, but the overall numbers tell the story. The 52% August jump isn't a one-off — it follows a July that was already a record. The pattern points to orders that are both large and recurring.
What the third quarter looks like
Foxconn projects high double-digit increases in cloud and networking revenue for July-September 2026, both on-quarter and on-year. That's a strong signal that the AI-driven boom isn't fading. The company's own guidance suggests the current quarter will keep pace with the first two months of the period.
If the projection holds, the third quarter could rival or even surpass the second quarter's NT$2.53 trillion. The next quarterly report will show whether the AI server wave has staying power — and whether Foxconn can keep setting records.
