BingX Launches Trust Center With Proof of Reserves, $150M Shield Fund

BingX has launched a dedicated Trust Center that lays out its security framework, asset transparency, and operational milestones. The page, live as of this week, gives users a single place to check the exchange's reserve ratios, certifications, and fund protections. It's the latest move by a top-tier derivatives exchange to rebuild confidence after a year of industry-wide trust issues.

What the Trust Center shows

The center displays real-time proof-of-reserves data. As of July 15, 2026, BingX reports a BTC reserve ratio of 142.82%, ETH at 126.48%, USDT at 131.83%, and USDC at 124.41%. Those numbers mean the exchange holds more than enough assets to cover user balances. It also highlights a $150 million Shield Fund for user protection, along with PCI DSS 4.0.1 and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications — two widely recognized security standards.

Eight years, 40 million users

BingX has been operating since 2018 and now serves over 40 million users worldwide. It ranks among the top five global crypto derivatives exchanges. The company also points to its $10 million BingX Charity Fund, active since 2022, which supports humanitarian relief, education, and community development. On the commercial side, BingX renewed its partnership with Chelsea Football Club in 2026 as Official Training Wear Partner, and became Ferrari's first-ever crypto exchange partner this year.

Regulatory steps and TradFi expansion

BingX EU has submitted an application for authorization as a crypto-asset service provider under the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR). That application is pending. Separately, the exchange now offers access to traditional financial markets — stocks, commodities, forex, indices — through a product called BingX TradFi, though availability depends on regional regulations.

The Trust Center is live now. The next concrete milestone will be the MiCAR decision from European regulators, which could open the door to a broader EU customer base. For now, BingX is betting that transparency — spelled out in a single page — is enough to keep users from looking elsewhere.
