Bitcoin ETFs Notch 7-Day Inflow Streak, Longest Since October

Bitcoin exchange-traded funds have recorded net inflows for seven consecutive trading days, a streak not seen since October 2025. The run marks the longest sustained period of positive flows for the products in nine months, according to data compiled by the funds' issuers.

Seven days of inflows

The streak began on July 18 and has continued through Friday's close. Each session saw net new money enter the spot Bitcoin ETFs, reversing a pattern of mixed flows that characterized much of the second quarter. The previous seven-day positive run ended in late October 2025, just before a period of outflows that stretched into November.

What's driving the streak

The data doesn't point to a single catalyst. The inflows come amid a period of relatively low volatility in Bitcoin's price and a broader risk-on tone in traditional markets. Some observers note that the streak coincides with the end of the second-quarter earnings season, though no direct link has been established. The consistency of the flows suggests a steady, rather than speculative, buying pattern.

The seven-day streak is the longest since the products launched in January 2024. The previous record was also seven days, set in October 2025. That run ended when outflows hit $150 million over the next two sessions. Whether this streak will follow a similar pattern remains to be seen — but for now, the funds have attracted net inflows every day for a full trading week.
