Crypto exchange Bitget has teamed up with Siebly, a provider of trading infrastructure, to make it easier for developers to connect to its markets. The partnership delivers ready-to-use SDKs for Bitget's V3 Unified Trading Account API and its older V2 Classic API.
What the SDKs cover
The software development kits target four main areas: spot trading, futures, copy trading, and live market data. By packaging the API calls into pre-built modules, Siebly aims to cut down the time developers need to build and deploy trading applications on Bitget's platform.
Bitget's V3 Unified Trading Account API is the newer of the two, designed to let traders manage multiple account types through a single interface. The V2 Classic API remains available for users who prefer the older structure.
Building a trading bot or analytics tool from scratch usually means wrestling with raw API documentation, authentication flows, and rate limits. Siebly's SDKs handle those layers, so developers can focus on strategy and user experience instead of plumbing.
The partnership also means Bitget's API is now accessible through Siebly's existing ecosystem, which includes other exchanges. That could appeal to developers who want to write one integration and then expand to multiple platforms later.
What's included in the SDKs
Each SDK comes with code samples, authentication helpers, and data models for the supported endpoints. Siebly says the kits are designed for both beginners and experienced developers, with clear error handling and documentation.
For live market data, the SDKs provide WebSocket connections for real-time order books, trades, and ticker updates. For trading, they cover order placement, cancellation, and account balance checks across spot and futures markets. Copy trading support lets developers build tools that mirror the trades of selected lead traders.
The integration is available now through Siebly's platform. Bitget and Siebly have not disclosed the financial terms of the partnership.
