Bybit Adds Simulator to Dual Asset Product, Opens VIP Tiers to All Users on Fridays

Bybit has introduced a simulator for its Dual Asset product that lets users preview both possible settlement outcomes before placing an order. The Dubai-based exchange, which claims to be the world's second-largest by trading volume, also redesigned the interface to cut down steps and launched a weekly Friday event where all users can access VIP-exclusive Dual Asset products with enhanced APR rates.

How the simulator works

The simulator is accessible by switching on 'Beginner Mode' under 'Choose Product Plan'. It shows both settlement scenarios — whether the target price is reached or not — so users can see potential outcomes upfront. Dual Asset is a non-principal-protected short-term structured investment product that lets users set a target price for buying or selling crypto. Regardless of whether the target is hit, users earn APR rewards on their principal at settlement. The preview tool is meant to help users understand the risk before committing funds.

A faster interface and a 'Match My Assets' filter

The redesigned Dual Asset interface reduces the number of steps needed to compare terms and place orders. A new 'Match My Assets' filter highlights coins based on a user's existing holdings, making it easier to select products that align with their portfolio. Bybit says the changes aim to streamline the user experience for both new and experienced traders.

Friday VIP access for everyone

Every Friday, all Bybit users — not just VIP members — can access selected VIP-exclusive Dual Asset products with enhanced APR rates. The move opens higher-yield opportunities to a broader user base, at least one day a week. It's a clear attempt to attract more users to the product without permanently diluting the VIP tier.

The simulator and interface changes are live now. Whether the weekly VIP access will become permanent or expand to other products remains an open question.
