Bybit Partners with Finloop to Launch Tokenized USD Liquidity Product FUIDL

Bybit, the world's second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has partnered with wealth tech platform Finloop to offer a tokenized USD liquidity product called FUIDL. The product is backed by an AAA-rated money market fund and gives eligible investors on-chain access with hourly subscriptions and same-day interest accrual. Bybit will let users post FUIDL as collateral for trading on its platform.

What FUIDL is and how it works

FUIDL stands for Finloop USD Instant Digital Liquidity. It's tokenized and backed by a money market fund that holds top ratings from S&P (AAAm), Moody's (Aaa-mf), and Fitch (AAAmmf). Finloop serves as the tokenization agent, connecting traditional money market fund assets to blockchain settlement. Investors can subscribe or redeem hourly, and interest accrues on a T+0 basis — meaning it starts earning the same day.

Collateral use and settlement plans

Bybit will accept FUIDL as collateral on its platform, a move that ties stable, yield-bearing assets directly to trading activity. The two firms are also piloting T+0 settlement for select asset types, with a global rollout planned throughout 2026. That's faster than typical settlement in both crypto and traditional finance, where funds often take a day or more to clear.

What the executives said

Yoyee Wang, Bybit's Global Head of TradFi and RWA, called the partnership a pivotal step toward the exchange's vision of 'The New Financial Platform.' Finloop CEO Cai Hua said the collaboration shows how a wealth tech platform and a digital exchange can achieve instantaneous settlement while meeting high operational and regulatory standards.

Regulatory disclaimer

The press release includes a disclaimer that Bybit and its custody arm ByCustody are not licensed or regulated by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and do not serve Hong Kong residents. Bybit claims it's trusted by more than 80 million users worldwide.

The T+0 pilot is set to expand globally through 2026, with no specific timeline yet for full rollout.
