CoinW is rolling out a new trading platform that lets users bet on traditional assets like gold, crude oil, U.S. stocks, and even pre-IPO companies using perpetual contracts. Called CoinW TradFi, the product goes live June 8 and will offer 33 instruments — from Apple and NVIDIA to OpenAI and SpaceX — all settled in USDT with flexible leverage.
A single gateway for cross-market trading
Nassar Al Achkar, CoinW's chief strategy officer, said the launch consolidates what had been a scattered set of offerings. Before, users could trade gold or commodity perpetuals but had to jump between different interfaces. CoinW TradFi merges those into one place, with a unified account that works 24/7. Instead of dealing with multiple settlement currencies, everything clears in USDT instantly.
33 instruments from gold to pre-IPO shares
The platform covers precious metals, commodities, and traditional equities. Alongside the usual suspects — Apple, Google, NVIDIA — traders can get exposure to companies that haven't gone public yet, like OpenAI and SpaceX. That's a rare combination for a crypto derivatives exchange, which typically limits itself to digital assets. CoinW says the full list spans 33 trading instruments.
Leverage and settlement details
CoinW TradFi offers flexible leverage, though the company didn't disclose the exact range. The unified account structure means users can hold multiple positions without rebalancing collateral across separate wallets. Settlement happens in USDT as soon as a trade closes, which removes the need to hold or convert fiat currencies. The platform is available around the clock, unlike stock markets that shut on weekends.
CoinW's market position
Founded in 2017, CoinW has grown to over 20 million registered users. As of October 2025, it processed more than $5 billion in daily trading volume and ranked fourth globally on Coingecko's derivatives market list. The company is betting that its existing user base, accustomed to crypto perpetuals, will also want to trade traditional assets using the same mechanics. The TradFi platform is designed to bridge that gap without forcing users to learn a new system.
CoinW TradFi launches June 8.
