HTX clocked nearly $900 billion in total trading volume during the first half of 2026, with spot trading alone hitting $379 billion from more than 420,000 users. The exchange, which now counts over 59.49 million registered users worldwide, also repeatedly topped DeFiLlama's daily and weekly net capital inflow rankings.
New listings and big gainers
HTX added 58 new assets in H1 2026, covering meme coins, AI tokens, real-world assets (RWA), BTCFi projects, and stablecoins. Some of those listings delivered eye-popping returns. The meme coin '老子' surged 573%, while '我踏马来了' gained 412%. AI token ELSA peaked at 620%, BNKR rose 162%, and RIVER climbed 282%.
Billions Network (BILL) crossed a $2 billion market cap after a joint listing on HTX, handing traders a 141% gain. HTX was also the first platform to list CHIP, with several major exchanges following soon after. RWA project BTW recorded a 388% peak gain; ZEST rose 131%.
In Q2 2026, HTX listed RWA leader RE (up 145%), AI computing project OpenGradient (OPG, up 118%), and the MegaETH ecosystem stablecoin CAP.
Earn products and high APYs
HTX Earn attracted over 120,000 subscription users in H1 2026, with cumulative subscription volume exceeding $4.1 billion. Flexible Earn products for USDT, USDC, and USDD offered maximum APYs of up to 10%. The exchange also launched 50 fixed and flexible Earn products for trending assets, with maximum APYs of 20%. Those products drew more than $500 million in cumulative subscriptions from over 50,000 participants.
For high-net-worth users, HTX introduced a VIP Flexible product offering up to 9% APY on USDT.
Delisting mechanism and trading pairs
HTX enforces a delisting mechanism to remove tokens with insufficient liquidity or inactive development teams. The exchange currently supports more than 612 spot trading pairs.
Campaigns and awards
HTX won Best P2P Platform of the Year and Best Web3 Venture Capital Institution of the Year awards. The exchange launched a 'Predict FIFA World Cup 2026 Matches' campaign and continued its Trading Championship series.
The next major milestone for HTX will be the World Cup campaign results and the Q3 2026 listing pipeline, which the company has not yet detailed.
