LBank Launches BK Genie, an AI Trading Agent Built for Telegram's 900M Users

LBank, the crypto exchange that's been around since 2015, launched BK Genie this week — an AI trading agent purpose-built for Telegram. The bot weaves together conversational AI, real-time market data, and social distribution, letting users go from spotting a trending event to executing a trade without ever leaving the app. With Telegram's 900 million active users serving as the de facto hub for crypto conversation, LBank is betting that a native trading tool can capture a chunk of that traffic.

A bot that does more than chat

BK Genie isn't just another Telegram chatbot. It integrates conversational AI guidance — think asking about market trends in plain English — with trending event aggregation and actual trade execution. The idea is to compress the entire trading journey into one interface: discovery, analysis, decision, and order. For a user scrolling through Telegram groups, that means no alt-tabbing to an exchange or copying wallet addresses. It all happens inline.

How affiliates can earn

The bot also comes with a built-in revenue model for community operators and affiliate partners. BK Genie provides dedicated referral links and accurate attribution tracking. The payout structure is tied to LBank's perpetual futures rebate system, which the exchange says allows partners to earn higher commissions than standard referral programs. It's a clear attempt to turn Telegram's army of group admins and influencers into a distribution channel.

LBank's decade of operation

LBank isn't a new name. Founded in 2015, it now serves over 25 million registered users across 160-plus countries. The exchange claims daily trading volume above $10.5 billion and zero security incidents over its ten-year history. It has listed more than 300 mainstream coins and over 50 so-called high-potential gems. BK Genie is the exchange's first Telegram-native tool, but it fits a broader push toward AI-assisted trading products.

Eric He, Community Angel Officer and Risk Control Adviser at LBank, commented on the launch. The bot is live as of this week. The unanswered question is whether BK Genie can stand out in a Telegram bot ecosystem that's already crowded with signal bots, sniping tools, and copy-trading services. LBank's bet is that combining AI guidance with a direct revenue model for promoters gives it an edge. We'll see if users agree.
