LBank Marks 11 Years with 30 Million Users, $23.81B Daily Volume

LBank turned 11 this month, and the crypto exchange used the milestone to publish a set of operating metrics that show how far it's come from its early days. The platform now says it has more than 30 million registered users worldwide and handles $23.81 billion in daily trading volume.

Spot trading volume in 2026 reached $16 billion, and monthly TradFi trading volume hit $3 billion. The company also said it ranked first for stock-market depth in relevant market data, with a stock market share that peaked at 27.32%. Its U.S. stock spot market share was reported at a 340% premium to the top-10 average.

Copy trading and cash products gain ground

Beyond the headline numbers, LBank's copy trading product has attracted $15 billion in capital. LBank Cash, a payments feature, has processed more than 10 million transactions. BK Genie, the exchange's AI trading assistant, has served over 1.5 million traders.

The company has also put real money behind its user incentives. LBank has allocated $70 million in total rewards, including $15 million in cumulative Earn subscriptions and $55 million distributed through Token Splash and airdrops. Sixteen listed assets have delivered gains of more than 100x, the exchange said.

Eric He on risk and community

Eric He, LBank's Community Angel & Risk Management Advisor, has been a visible figure in the exchange's community efforts. His dual role reflects how LBank has tried to balance user growth with risk controls as it expands into traditional finance products like stock trading.

He did not provide a direct quote for this story, but his position underscores the exchange's focus on both retail engagement and compliance as it scales.

From crypto exchange to multi-asset platform

The 11-year mark is a long run in an industry where many platforms don't survive five. LBank's evolution from a crypto-only exchange to one that also offers TradFi products mirrors a broader trend among established players looking to capture users who want exposure to both digital assets and traditional markets.

The stock trading push is particularly notable. LBank's claim of a 27.32% peak in stock market share and a 340% premium in U.S. stock spot market share suggests it's competing seriously in a segment dominated by traditional brokers and newer fintech entrants.

What the numbers don't show

LBank's figures are self-reported. The exchange doesn't break out active users versus registered accounts, and daily trading volume can be inflated by wash trading or market-making activity — a common criticism across the industry. The $15 billion in copy trading capital also doesn't indicate how much of that is active or profitable for followers.

What's clear is that LBank is trying to position itself as more than just another crypto exchange. The $70 million in rewards, the 16 assets with 100x gains, and the push into stock trading all point to a strategy of attracting users with high-upside products and then retaining them with broader financial services.

The 11th anniversary is a moment to tout growth. Whether those numbers translate into sustainable, long-term user engagement is a question LBank will have to answer in year 12.
