PUMP Token Surges 20% to Two-Month High, Analysts Eye Further Gains

PUMP token hit a two-month high on Friday, jumping 20% in 24 hours to around $0.002. The rally pushed its market cap to nearly $800 million, making it the 71st-largest cryptocurrency. The move was fueled by fresh buying from a well-known crypto influencer and a leveraged bet from an anonymous trader.

The rally in numbers

Crypto trader and influencer Ansem bought PUMP with 1,500 SOL — roughly $115,000. That wasn't the only big bet. An anonymous trader opened a $1.5 million long position with 10x leverage, signaling conviction that the run has room to go. PUMP's market cap now sits at $800 million, a level not seen since late May.

Analyst outlook

Several analysts are calling for more upside. Crypto Patel claimed PUMP has confirmed a high-timeframe breakout, predicting a potential 200% gain. Analyst 0xNeena said a decisive push above $0.002 could unleash the next wave upward. Greeny suggested this might be the start of a bull run that could stretch into 2027. Captain Faibik forecasted PUMP could soon explode to around $0.0047 — its highest since November last year.

Overbought warning

But the rally comes with a red flag. PUMP's Relative Strength Index (RSI) has risen above 70, putting the token in overbought territory. That often signals a correction is due. The broader altcoin market has seen similar revivals before — only to see prices drop by double digits within days or hours. Whether PUMP can hold above $0.002 remains the key question for traders.
