TronBid, a peer-to-peer marketplace for TRON network resources, has expanded into a two-sided platform. Sellers can now create their own Energy and Bandwidth offers, while buyers keep posting orders as before. The change gives resource owners a direct way to set prices and terms instead of waiting for someone else's order to fill.
New seller terms
Until now, TRON resource owners mostly accepted existing demand or relied on automated selling services. TronBid's update flips that. A seller can list a SELL offer with a specific amount of Energy, a rental period, and a price. Buyers can purchase the whole offer or just part of it, since offers can be partially filled.
The listing process doesn't lock up the resource. A seller doesn't have to reserve Energy in advance; the staked resources stay under their control until a buyer actually pays. If the Energy isn't available when an offer would execute, the offer pauses automatically and resumes once enough is on hand.
Bandwidth joins the lineup
TronBid has also added support for TRON Bandwidth, the network resource that handles transaction data. That means owners can now monetize both major TRON resources through the same marketplace, instead of using separate tools for each.
Energy remains the main draw for many users. TRON uses Energy for smart-contract interactions, including USDT TRC-20 transfers. If a wallet doesn't have enough Energy, it may have to burn TRX to complete a transaction. Renting Energy lets a network resource generated from staked TRX be temporarily delegated to another address, so buyers don't need to stake their own tokens.
Quick Rent and Flash Recharge
Alongside the new two-sided offers, TronBid still operates Quick Rent. That service provides fixed Energy packages that can be delegated straight to a specified TRON address without connecting the recipient wallet. Packages range from 65,000 to more than 1 million Energy, with short rental periods.
The platform also keeps Flash Recharge, an option for wallets that have their own Energy but have used part of it. In that mode, Energy is briefly delegated to the wallet and removed after network confirmation. It's a way to top up a temporary shortfall.
B2B API for volume users
For high-volume users, TronBid offers B2B API access. That lets businesses integrate the marketplace directly into their own systems, which could matter for apps that need consistent access to Energy or Bandwidth without manual order management.
The new seller-side functionality runs alongside the existing buyer order system. Both sides of the marketplace now have equal footing, and the platform continues to serve its Quick Rent and Flash Recharge options for those who prefer fixed packages.
