TrustLinq rolled out Ripple Payments integration for direct crypto-to-fiat transfers from self-custodial wallets this week. The Swiss-regulated platform now processes USDT, USDC, and EURC transactions that land as standard local bank deposits. Recipients don’t need crypto accounts to receive funds.
How Users Send Now
Senders move money straight from their wallets without bank or exchange logins. They pick a stablecoin and enter a third-party account number. The recipient gets a local bank transfer in their currency. No extra steps are required from either party.
Global Corridors Expanded
TrustLinq’s coverage jumped to 170 countries and 60 banking corridors overnight. Users can now target 80 currencies directly through the platform. That’s double the corridors it relied on before the integration.
Swapping Out SWIFT
The platform cut ties with correspondent banking for cross-border settlements. Ripple’s network handles the transfers instead. It shaves hours off processing times and avoids traditional routing fees. TrustLinq’s team said this wasn’t their first infrastructure tweak this quarter.
Live and Available
Personal and business users can start sending immediately at trustlinq.com. The service has been live since Monday morning. Support teams report normal traffic volumes with no delays so far.
