Whale outflows hit a five-year high
Crypto analyst Darkfost tracked daily outflows from the ten largest transactions on Binance. The monthly average hit 7,300 UNI per day, a five-year high, and the pace is still running at 5,600 UNI per day. That's a steady stream of tokens leaving the exchange, often a sign that big players are moving to self-custody or long-term storage. The move has been building for weeks, and it accelerated this month even as the price fell.
Exchange reserves tell a different story
But the broader market is doing the opposite. UNI held across all exchanges rose from about 103 million on August 11 to 110.3 million, a gain
