US Bitcoin ETFs Snap Four-Day Outflow Streak with $32.1M Inflows

US spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds pulled in $32.1 million on Wednesday, breaking a four-session stretch of net outflows. The reversal comes the same day Bitcoin slipped below $64,000, a level that had held as support for most of the week. The inflows suggest some traders saw the dip as a buying opportunity through regulated fund vehicles.

Wednesday's flows

Data from the fund issuers show the $32.1 million net inflow ended a streak that had drained roughly $120 million from the products since last Friday. The turnaround was led by a single fund — the one that had also seen the heaviest outflows earlier in the week. The other major spot Bitcoin ETFs were roughly flat on the day.

Bitcoin's price action

Bitcoin touched an intraday low of $63,800 on Wednesday before recovering slightly to $64,200 by the close of U.S. equity markets. The dip came amid a broader risk-off move in equities and a strengthening dollar. The ETF inflows didn't immediately reverse the price slide, but they did stem the bleeding in fund flows.

Ethereum funds head the other way

While Bitcoin ETFs saw renewed demand, Ethereum-focused funds slipped into outflows. The shift highlights a divergence in investor priorities — at least for now. Ethereum ETFs had been drawing steady inflows for most of July, but Wednesday's data shows a net withdrawal of roughly $8 million across the group. No single catalyst was cited for the reversal.

What the flows signal

The four-day outflow streak had raised questions about whether institutional appetite for Bitcoin exposure was cooling. Wednesday's $32.1 million number doesn't erase that concern, but it does suggest the selling pressure through the ETF channel may have been temporary. The next few trading sessions will show whether the inflows hold or if the streak was just a one-day blip.
