The organization is urging them to complete that process to enable mainnet activation. A finalized vote would clear the way for the network to adopt the new protocol.

Nodes are updating to the latest release at a steady clip, the foundation said. That pace, it noted, shows the upgrade is being embraced widely across the network. The 60% readiness figure is a marker of how far the infrastructure has moved since the release was published.
What remains is the validator vote. The foundation's appeal highlights the final hurdle before the 3.3.0 upgrade takes effect.
