Zoomex Grid Trading: How the Exchange Is Targeting Sideways Markets with Automated Tools

Zoomex, the crypto exchange founded in 2021, has been quietly building out a suite of grid trading tools that target a niche many traders overlook: sideways markets. With over 3 million users across 35+ countries and access to 590+ trading pairs, the exchange is pushing its automated grid systems as a way to profit from price movement rather than direction.

How the grid system works

Zoomex's Contract Grid offers three directional modes — Long Grid, Short Grid, and Neutral Grid — letting traders set up strategies that run automatically within a defined price range. The platform supports two spacing options: Arithmetic Grid, which uses equal price intervals, and Geometric Grid, which uses equal percentage intervals. For longer-term plays, there's a Large-Range Grid with wider boundaries. The system handles everything: opening and closing positions, replenishing orders, and continuous operation without manual intervention. It's designed for choppy, range-bound markets where directional bets often fail.

Regulatory filings and audits

Zoomex holds regulatory registrations including US MSB, Canada MSB, US NFA, and Australia AUSTRAC. The exchange also completed a security audit by blockchain security firm Hacken. On the transparency front, Zoomex publishes Proof of Reserves, Security & Transparency reports, Compliance Information, and Fees/Rules Transparency — a level of disclosure that's become table stakes for exchanges trying to differentiate after the collapses of 2022.

Racing and football: Zoomex's brand play

Zoomex has inked sponsorship deals with TGR Haas F1 Team and World Cup-winning goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez. The partnerships are a clear bid to build brand recognition outside crypto circles, especially in sports-heavy markets. Whether those deals translate into user growth remains to be seen, but the exchange is betting on mainstream visibility.

Live strategies on the trading floor

Zoomex's Futures Grid marketplace lists live strategies for pairs including XRPUSDT, WLDUSDT, HYPEUSDT, AVAXUSDT, BTCUSDT, and BNBUSDT. Traders can browse and copy these pre-built grids, effectively piggybacking on strategies that are already running. The exchange hasn't disclosed how many users are actively using grid trading, but the feature is clearly positioned as a core differentiator.

Zoomex is expected to roll out additional grid configurations and more pairs later this year, though no specific timeline has been announced.
