Zoomex Outlines Three Deposit Routes: Crypto, Fiat, and Web3 Wallet Pay

Zoomex, a global derivatives trading platform, has laid out the mechanics of its three deposit methods: direct on-chain crypto transfers, a fiat express route covering 35 currencies, and a web3 wallet payment flow called Nodex Pay. All three follow the same “Fair Access & Rule-Based Execution” principle with identical confirmation logic, but the specifics differ enough that users need to read the fine print.

Three ways in

The exchange offers Crypto Deposit for standard blockchain transfers, Buy Crypto for fiat conversions, and Nodex Pay for wallet-to-wallet payments. Each method generates its own set of rules around confirmation times, minimums, and supported networks.

Crypto deposits: confirmations and caveats

Crypto Deposit creates a unique deposit address and QR code for every coin-network pair. Minimum amounts apply, and required confirmations vary by asset: BTC needs 6, ERC20 tokens need 21, and USDC on Solana needs 10.

There are restrictions. TRC20 USDT deposits from smart contract addresses are not supported, and ETH must be sent via direct transfer, not a smart contract. Coins that require a memo or tag — XRP, EOS — must include it correctly, since Zoomex accounts share a single deposit address for those assets. On-chain deposits can be tracked in real time with the deposit address and TXID available under account asset records.

Fiat express: 35 currencies, zero platform fees

Buy Crypto Express supports USD, EUR, GBP, JPY and 31 other currencies, converting directly into USDT, BTC, or ETH. Zoomex charges zero transaction fees on this route, though third-party payment providers may add their own.

There’s an anti-fraud safeguard: withdrawals are restricted for 24 to 48 hours after a deposit made through a fiat service provider. That window is meant to prevent chargeback abuse.

Nodex Pay: desktop-only web3 deposits

Nodex Pay connects directly to self-custody wallets — MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, WalletConnect, FaceWallet — and converts eligible crypto into USDT in a single transaction. It supports five networks: Ethereum Mainnet, Polygon Mainnet, BNB Smart Chain Mainnet, Optimism, and Arbitrum.

Deposit sizes range from 0.01 USDT to 9,999,999 USDT per transaction. The flow starts from the ‘Buy Crypto’ menu, where users enter an amount, connect a wallet, switch networks if needed, approve the token on first use, and confirm. Deposits typically clear within 10 to 30 minutes.

Nodex Pay is currently desktop-only; mobile app support will be announced separately.
