BeInCrypto Stage at Rio Innovation Week to Host Binance, CVM, Visa, Circle

BeInCrypto is back at Rio Innovation Week for the fourth year running, this time with a dedicated stage on the future of finance. The event, happening this week in Rio de Janeiro, brings together major players from crypto, traditional finance, and regulators. Confirmed participants include Binance, the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), Visa, Circle, Nubank, BNY, Mercado Bitcoin, Solana Foundation, B3, Bradesco, Crypto.com, Ledger, Rezolve AI, and Tether.

Prediction markets meet regulators

One of the standout panels is titled 'Who can price the future? Prediction markets, regulation and the new frontier of investments.' It will feature João Accioly from the CVM and Roy Shaham from Rain Protocol. The discussion comes as prediction markets gain traction globally, and Brazilian regulators are taking a closer look at how they fit into existing securities laws.

Stablecoins take center stage

Another panel, 'Money Never Sleeps Again. Stablecoins and the new global financial infrastructure,' will include executives from Circle, Visa, and Nubank. Stablecoins have become a hot topic in Brazil, where digital payments are already widespread. The panel is expected to explore how stablecoins could plug into the country's fast-moving payments ecosystem.

Tokenized assets on the agenda

A panel titled 'The next R$10 trillion market. Tokenised equities, electronic trade receivables and the new generation of digital assets' will feature representatives from Solana Foundation, B3, and Brazilian financial system authorities. The session zeroes in on the potential for tokenization to reshape capital markets in Brazil, a country where the stock exchange B3 already experiments with blockchain-based solutions.

Does the crypto voter exist?

A separate panel, 'Does the crypto voter exist? How the digital economy reached the ballot box,' is held in partnership with Juntos por... and will examine whether crypto adoption is influencing political behavior. The session reflects a broader trend of digital assets entering mainstream political discourse in Brazil and beyond.

Aline Fernandes is in charge of stage content for the BeInCrypto Stage at Rio Innovation Week. The panels are scheduled throughout the event, which runs this week in Rio de Janeiro.
