Bitget's rToken Tops $114M in Five Weeks, July Report Shows

Bitget released its July 2026 Transparency Report this week, and the headline number is rToken. The tokenized real-world asset product crossed US$100 million in assets under management within five weeks of launch, hitting roughly US$114 million by July 6. Cumulative trading volume reached US$671.37 million, with average daily volume of US$19.75 million.

rToken's fast start

More than 100,000 users traded rTokens during the period. Daily trading-user penetration jumped 18-fold from launch, and 42.87% of first-time buyers added to their positions within seven days. That repeat-buying rate suggests the product is finding traction beyond the initial curiosity bump.

The numbers are small next to Bitget's overall scale, but the growth curve is steep. Five weeks is a short runway for any new asset class.

Liquidity and derivatives rankings

Independent trackers put Bitget near the top of the liquidity charts. CryptoRank found the exchange recorded the lowest slippage for large tokenized equity trades and the highest balanced displayed liquidity within 50 basis points among exchanges analyzed. CoinGlass's 2026 Derivatives Market Report ranked Bitget second globally for ETH liquidity depth, with US$81.37 million in order-book depth, and fourth for BTC depth.

TokenInsight reported nearly US$70 billion in TradFi perpetual trading volume on Bitget during Q2 2026. That's a lot of flow for a segment that barely existed a year ago.

Expanding tokenized TradFi

Bitget now enables more than 100 tokenized U.S. stocks to be used as collateral inside its Unified Trading Account. The exchange also introduced GetAgent Playbook, an AI-powered trading tool aimed at tokenized investing, and released an institutional cross-asset collateral playbook that explores capital efficiency across crypto and tokenized assets.

The idea is to let traders treat tokenized equities, ETFs, commodities, and even gold as something they can borrow against, not just buy and sell. That's a shift from the usual spot-trading model.

Wallet and ecosystem growth

Bitget Wallet passed 100 million users, with new integrations including Robinhood Chain and Assetback to expand stablecoin payments and tokenized asset access. The exchange also widened its Blockchain4Youth partnership with UNICEF's Game Changers Coalition from eight to eleven countries.

Bitget says it serves over 125 million users across 150 regions, offering access to more than 2 million crypto tokens and 500+ tokenized stocks, ETFs, commodities, FX, and precious metals. The July report is the company's latest attempt to show its hand on transparency, and the rToken numbers give it something concrete to point to.
