Dogecoin (DOGE) is trading just above $0.071, and a handful of technical indicators are now screaming buy. The TD Sequential indicator has printed buy signals on the monthly, weekly, 3-day, and daily charts — a rare alignment across multiple timeframes. At the same time, DOGE's weekly Relative Strength Index (RSI) has dropped to nearly 30, the lowest since summer 2022, putting the meme coin in oversold territory.
Rare TD Sequential Alignment
Analyst Ali Martinez flagged the development, noting that the TD Sequential indicator flashed multiple consecutive buy signals. He warned this setup could precede a potential major bull rally. The indicator, which tracks price exhaustion and trend reversals, rarely lines up across four different timeframes at once. When it does, traders tend to pay attention.
Oversold RSI at Multi-Year Low
The weekly RSI reading of nearly 30 is the weakest DOGE has seen in about four years. That level historically marks a zone where selling pressure has exhausted itself. It doesn't guarantee a bounce, but it does suggest the asset is deeply oversold by a standard measure. The last time the RSI was this low, DOGE was coming off a prolonged downtrend before eventually reversing higher.
What Analysts Are Watching
MikybullCrypto claimed DOGE is sitting on a historical level that could deliver a 10x rally, adding that a historical breakout is about to occur. Daan Crypto Trades took a more measured view, saying DOGE could show real strength if it retraces the $0.08 zone. He also noted that dropping to the high timeframe support range of $0.055-$0.061 is good for long-term accumulation. Joshuwa Roomsburg echoed the $0.08 level, saying a bounce there could turn into strength that holders can trust.
Some well-known meme coins posted substantial gains over the weekend, and Daan Crypto Trades remarked that it's always good to watch the biggest one — DOGE. Whether the technical signals translate into actual price action remains the open question, but the setup is the most compelling DOGE has seen in months.
