Goldman Sachs Tops XRP ETF Holders as Weekly Inflows Hit $110.5M

Goldman Sachs, Jane Street Group, and Millennium Management were the three largest reported holders of spot XRP ETFs in Q2 13F filings, according to data released this week. The trio's combined exposure of roughly $120 million underscores how institutional money is flowing into the digital asset, even as XRP's price swings wildly.

Who holds the most XRP ETFs

Goldman Sachs led the pack with $87.4 million in XRP ETF exposure, representing about 84 million XRP. Jane Street held just under 16 million XRP, worth $16.6 million, while Millennium Management held 15.5 million XRP, valued at roughly $16.2 million.

Intesa Sanpaolo ranked fourth with $14.4 million in exposure, and Marex UK Holdings held $8.1 million. Not everyone added to positions: Citadel Advisors' XRP exposure fell by $645,000, and SIG Holdings cut its stake by about $4.6 million.

Across all identified holders, total reported XRP ETF exposure reached $183.5 million, representing about 176.4 million XRP. Investment advisors accounted for the largest slice at $120.9 million, followed by hedge fund managers at $25.1 million, brokerages at $17.9 million, and banks at $14.8 million.

Inflows and price action

Spot XRP ETFs attracted $110.5 million in inflows during the week ending August 28, the strongest five-day inflow since the first week of December 2025. Cumulative net inflows into spot XRP ETFs have reached about $1.67 billion, with total net assets of roughly $1.45 billion as of August 31.

XRP was trading near $1.40, having hit a multi-month high of $1.70 the previous week. The token is nearly 9% down over seven days, but 28% higher than a month ago and almost 40% up from two weeks ago. Still, XRP's value is nearly half of what it was a year ago and approximately 62% below its all-time high of $3.65 recorded in July 2025.

What traders are watching

Traders are eyeing the $1.35-$1.38 support zone. A break below that could lead to more downside, according to market participants. On the upside, analyst Ali Martinez has identified $1.60 as the next major resistance level for XRP.

The question now is whether the recent inflow momentum can hold XRP above that support, or if the price will test lower levels before the next leg up.
