Microsoft's Copilot AI has published a price prediction for XRP by the end of 2026, projecting a realistic range of $5 to $10 per token, with an aggressive bull case of $15 and a bear case of $1.50 to $2.00. The forecast lands as XRP trades at $1.4677, stuck in a tight band between $1.28 and $1.55 since February 2025. This week, the token showed its strongest upside move since March, posting progressively higher lows — but it still hasn't broken the $1.55 resistance that's held for months.
Copilot's three scenarios
The AI model laid out three paths. The realistic $5–$10 range would require regulatory clarity from Ripple's legal wins, expanding banking partnerships, and a broader crypto market recovery. The aggressive $15 scenario hinges on global settlement integration and strong liquidity corridors — a lot of things going right over just seven months. The bear case, $1.50–$2.00, is essentially the token staying where it is now, with no catalyst to break higher.
Where XRP sits today
XRP has been consolidating for three months. The immediate resistance is $1.50–$1.55; a close above $1.55 could open the door to $1.65 and $1.80. On the downside, support sits at $1.35–$1.38. Lose that, and $1.28 comes back into play. The current price of $1.4677 puts it right in the middle of that range — not close to a breakout, not near a breakdown.
What needs to happen for the bull case
Copilot's $5–$10 prediction isn't automatic. It depends on the conditions falling into place: continued regulatory wins for Ripple, deeper integration with banks, and a crypto market that shakes off its recent listlessness. The $15 scenario is even more conditional — it demands that XRP becomes a backbone for global settlement, with enough liquidity corridors to move real-world value. That's a tall order in less than a year.
LiquidChain presale passes $700K
Separately, presale project LiquidChain has raised over $700,000 at a token price of $0.01454. The project aims to unify liquidity across Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana into a single execution layer. It's still early — the presale is ongoing — but the raise suggests some investor appetite for cross-chain liquidity solutions.
For XRP, the near-term question is simple: can it finally close above $1.55? If not, the consolidation continues. If yes, the path toward Copilot's forecast starts to look a little less hypothetical.
