Shyft Finance to Open First Two Curated Yield Vaults on Ethereum

Shyft Finance is set to open its first two curated yield vaults on Ethereum, with Dubai-based GAP3 Partners FZCO serving as co-curator for both. The vaults, named shCORE and shYIELD, are already deployed on mainnet and are moving into a pre-deposit phase, the project said.

Two vaults, two strategies

ShYIELD combines three yield sources: Radiant Prime, Maple syrupUSDC, and Gauntlet USD Alpha. Radiant Prime runs market-neutral trading through centralized exchanges. Maple syrupUSDC is an ERC-4626 vault that generates yield from overcollateralized lending, futures-basis trading, and DeFi liquidity provision. Gauntlet USD Alpha adds a stablecoin-oriented strategy.

ShCORE pairs Radiant Prime with Ondo USDY and Sky's sUSDS. Ondo USDY offers exposure to tokenized dollar yield backed by short-term U.S. Treasuries. Sky's sUSDS is a liquid, auto-compounding asset, though its rate can change over time.

The Dubai co-curator

GAP3 Partners FZCO is a Dubai-based Virtual Asset Service Provider with an active license from the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA). The firm provides research, analysis, and recommendations for both vaults. That means these aren't just automated strategies — they're actively curated by a regulated entity. It's a different model from the typical set-and-forget vault.

Security and deployment

Both vaults use the ERC-4626 vault standard, multi-role authorization, and withdrawal controls. They also rely on Ember for permissioning, security, and operational controls. Ember's underlying system has been independently audited. The contracts are already on Ethereum mainnet, and once capital is deployed, it will be routed into dedicated strategy accounts per the defined allocation.

On-chain portions of the strategies can be tracked through their respective contracts. Radiant Prime, however, requires a different reporting path because it trades on centralized exchanges. That split between on-chain and off-chain activity is worth noting for anyone who wants to follow the money.

Pre-deposit phase

Shyft says shCORE and shYIELD are approaching their pre-deposit phase. Access information, final allocation details, and applicable pre-deposit terms will be published through official channels. That's the next concrete step — and the one to watch if you're considering putting money in.
