Solana RWA holder count tops 300,000, leading all blockchains

Solana's real-world asset (RWA) holder count has climbed above 300,000 wallets, a new all-time high that puts the blockchain first among all networks for the number of RWA holders. The milestone comes as tokenization of traditional assets continues to expand across crypto. Ethereum, meanwhile, still commands the biggest share of tokenized value, with $16.3 billion.

Solana tops RWA holder rankings

The 300,000-plus figure marks a significant lead in user adoption for tokenized assets on Solana. No other blockchain has as many wallets holding tokenized real-world assets, according to the data. The count includes wallets holding tokens representing assets like real estate, commodities, and private credit.

Ethereum keeps value crown

Despite trailing in holder count, Ethereum remains the dominant chain for tokenized value. Its $16.3 billion in RWA value dwarfs other networks. The gap highlights a key difference: Ethereum hosts larger individual positions, while Solana's strength appears to be in broader distribution among smaller holders.

The two blockchains are pursuing different paths in the RWA market. Solana's holder lead suggests wider retail participation, while Ethereum's value concentration points to institutional heft. Which metric will drive the next phase of tokenization is an open question.
