Solana's tokenized stock market posted its busiest month ever in June 2026, with daily volumes averaging $683 million and cumulative trading across all tokenized equities on the network passing $10 billion. The surge pushed Solana's share of on-chain equity trading to roughly 97% during a mid-June week, according to data from the period.
Record volumes for tokenized stocks
June's tokenized-stock spot volume on Solana came in at just over $2 billion, bringing the second-quarter total to about $5.77 billion. The daily peak of $683 million in June was a new high for the network, which has become the dominant blockchain for trading tokenized shares of companies like Nvidia, Tesla, and others. The deepest liquidity pool for a tokenized stock on Solana — the NVDAx/USDC pair — held roughly $2.8 million, a sign that the market is still relatively thin compared to traditional exchanges but growing fast.
Real-world assets cross $3 billion
The tokenized stock boom helped push Solana's total real-world assets (RWA) value past $3.0 billion in June. For the first half of 2026, the network's RWA reading stood at about $3.62 billion. The category includes tokenized equities, private credit, and other traditional assets brought on-chain. Solana's low transaction costs and high throughput have made it a favorite for projects that want to issue and trade real-world assets without the friction of older blockchains.
Securitize tokenizes its own stock
On July 2, 2026, Securitize — a platform that helps companies tokenize their shares — tokenized $295 million of its own stock on both Solana and Avalanche. The move was a vote of confidence in Solana's ability to handle institutional-grade tokenization. Securitize's own shares are now tradable on Solana-based decentralized exchanges, adding to the growing list of tokenized equities on the network.
Liquidity and demand dynamics
While tokenized stock activity generates transactions and priority fees for Solana validators, the direct pass-through to demand for SOL — the network's native token — is only partial. SOL's price hovered around $77-78 as of early July 21, 2026, roughly flat from the start of the month. The tokenized stock boom hasn't yet translated into a sustained price rally for SOL, but the ecosystem's expanding use case is drawing more projects and liquidity to the chain.
The question now is whether the record volumes can be sustained through the second half of 2026, and whether deeper liquidity pools will follow as more traditional finance players test the waters on Solana.
