Palantir Partners with Google Cloud to Expand Platform Integrations and Marketplace Reach

Palantir has struck a partnership with Google Cloud to deepen platform integrations and give customers a faster path to buying its data analytics tools through the Google Cloud Marketplace. The deal pairs Palantir's Foundry and Apollo software with Google Cloud's infrastructure and sales channels.

What the deal covers

Under the agreement, Palantir's core products — the Foundry data-operating system and the Apollo continuous-delivery platform — will be tightly integrated with Google Cloud's services. That means users running workloads on Google Cloud can deploy Palantir directly from the cloud provider's marketplace, cutting out the typical procurement delays that come with custom enterprise contracts.

Palantir will also list its software on the Google Cloud Marketplace, making it available to the provider's existing customer base. For Palantir, it's a direct shot at reaching organizations that already trust Google with their cloud infrastructure.

Benefits for customers

For companies already using Google Cloud, the partnership removes a layer of friction. Instead of negotiating a separate licensing agreement with Palantir, they can pull in Foundry or Apollo through their existing cloud account. Billing flows through the Google Cloud bill, and deployment happens on the same network.

The integration side matters, too. Palantir's platforms will tap into Google Cloud's data and AI services — BigQuery, Vertex AI, and others. That means data sitting in BigQuery can feed directly into Palantir's ontology without moving it elsewhere. It's a tighter loop for analytics shops that don't want to manage data pipeline spaghetti.

Strategic play

The partnership fits a pattern for Palantir. Over the past few years, the company has pushed its software onto all three major public clouds — though this announcement focuses exclusively on Google Cloud. The marketplace angle matters because it opens Palantir to a broader set of buyers, including mid-market firms that might have balked at a direct sales relationship.

Google Cloud gets something too: a marquee data-analytics partner that brings heavy-hitting government and enterprise clients. The arrangement gives the cloud provider a stronger story for customers who need to combine massive data sets with operational decision-making.

For now, the partnership means companies can start using Palantir on Google Cloud immediately through the marketplace. No word yet on whether the two plan to co-develop custom products or bundle services — but the foundation for deeper collaboration is in place.
