The last time a fully British chocolate bar existed, the Great Depression was still grinding through its worst years. Khan's project closes that gap. Cocoa grown and processed in Reading went into a single bar, the product of a student effort to make chocolate entirely from locally sourced ingredients. It's the first of its kind in nearly a century.
