Fourth paragraph: "Capital Leaving the Continent" - heading. Translate: "Le capital quitte le continent" or "Les capitaux quittent le continent". "Capital" as in money, so "Les capitaux" is plural. But the heading is singular "Capital" so we can say "Le capital quitte le continent" but it's a bit odd. Maybe "Les capitaux quittent le continent" is better. Fifth paragraph: "The financial world watches these moves closely. A strong European market would mean that a young company could raise money in its own currency, close to its own users, and still have the global reach it needs.
