Cardano's SuperTrend indicator signaled a bullish shift, analyst Ali Martinez reported. Large ADA wallet holders now control 67.47% of the total token supply—the highest concentration since July 2020—while the cryptocurrency's market cap has fallen 71% over nine months. At press time, ADA traded at $0.2664, just above the critical $0.25 support level.
Bullish Signal and Price Targets
Martinez identified the SuperTrend's switch to bullish as ADA approaches key resistance levels. The first target stands at $0.33, with a secondary barrier at $0.42. If the price drops below $0.25, the bullish signal would be invalidated. This follows a previous SuperTrend sell signal on September 25, 2025, which preceded a 73% price collapse.
Concentration of ADA Holdings
Wallets holding at least 1 million ADA now control 25.09 billion tokens, according to Santiment. This represents a record high in supply concentration since July 2020. The accumulation trend began in December 2023 and continues today. The concentration has held steady despite the steep market value decline.
Market Cap Decline Context
Santiment data shows ADA's market capitalization decreased by 71% over the past nine months. The current price reflects this downward trajectory, sitting near the lower bound of Martinez's bullish threshold. Despite the recent indicator shift, the market cap remains significantly below previous levels.
Next Critical Threshold
Traders watch whether ADA can hold above $0.25 to maintain the bullish signal. A drop below that level would negate the current technical outlook. The next price move could trigger either a test of the $0.33 resistance or a slide toward deeper losses.
