Binance Adds Apple, Amazon, and 10 Other Stocks to Tokenized bStocks Platform

Binance Adds Apple, Amazon, and 10 Other Stocks to Tokenized bStocks Platform

New listings and launch timeline

The latest additions bring the total number of bStocks to more than a dozen since the platform debuted in June. The initial launch included Circle Internet Group, NVIDIA, and Tesla. Throughout July, Binance added Coinbase, Alphabet, Robinhood, IBM, and Nokia. Now, the exchange is adding Apple, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, PayPal, and six other unnamed stocks. Withdrawals for the newly listed tokens will open at 12:00 UTC on July 29.

How bStocks work

BStocks are tokenized securities issued by Binance affiliate BTech Holdings Limited. Each token tracks the price of a corresponding U.S. stock but does not grant direct ownership. Instead, the tokens are fully backed by underlying shares held by a regulated custodian. Users get price exposure and dividend reinvestment without holding the actual stock. Binance also allows users to tokenize their existing stock holdings into bStocks on a one-to-one basis, with no conversion fees.

Fee incentives and market growth

To encourage trading, Binance is waiving maker fees on all bStock trading pairs until August 31, 2026. The platform has seen rapid adoption: assets under management crossed $100 million within 15 days of launch. Notably, the share of AI and semiconductor tokenized stocks in the bStocks market has jumped from 0.3% to 15.5% over the past year.

Risks to consider

Binance warns that bStocks carry multiple risks, including liquidity, issuer, custody, broker, operational, technology, regulatory, and tax risks. There is also the possibility of total loss. The tokenized nature means users are exposed to the same market fluctuations as the underlying stocks, but with additional layers tied to the custodian and the issuer.

The expansion comes as Binance continues to push into traditional finance through tokenization. Whether regulators will take a closer look at the structure remains an open question.

Note: In the second paragraph, it says "Nokia" but the original title says "8 Other Stocks" and the list includes Apple, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, PayPal, and six others. The text says "Nokia" but that might be a mistake? Actually the original says "Nokia" but the first paragraph mentions Apple, Amazon, Goldman Sachs. The second paragraph says "Now, the exchange is adding Apple, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, PayPal, and six other unnamed stocks." So Nokia is not in the new list. I'll keep as is. Also note: The meta description says "Binance adds Apple, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, and PayPal to its tokenized bStocks platform. Trading starts at 12:00 UTC with zero maker fees until 2026." That matches. Now translate to Polish. Title: "Binance dodaje Apple, Amazon i 8 innych akcji do platformy tokenizowanych bStocks" Content: I'll wrap in
